Good things take time. At Tee's Designs, we operate on a sustainable Made-to-Order model. This means we do not keep a dusty warehouse full of mass-produced clothes. Instead, every item you order is printed and hand-packed specifically for you.

This approach significantly reduces textile waste and ensures you receive a brand-new, high-quality garment.

1. Processing Time (The “Making” Phase)

Before we can ship it, we have to make it.

  • Production Time: Please allow 2–5 business days for your order to be printed, quality-checked, and packed.

  • Note: This time is in addition to the shipping time.

2. Estimated Shipping Times

Once your order leaves our facility, here is when you can expect it:

  •  USA & Canada: 5–10 Business days

  •  Europe: 5–10 Business days

  • Lebanon (Local): 3–5 Business days

  •  International / Rest of World: 10–25 Business days

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

These are estimates provided by our carriers. Delays may occur during holidays or severe weather.

3. Where We Ship From

We partner with global production centers to ship your order from the facility closest to you.

  • Orders to the USA ship from North Carolina or California.

  • Orders to Europe ship from Latvia or Spain.

  • This ensures your gear arrives faster and with a lower carbon footprint.

4. Customs & Import Taxes

For International Orders (Outside USA/EU): Shipments may incur customs fees, duties, or taxes depending on your country of residence.

  • Tee's Designs is not responsible for these charges.

  • Fees are determined by your local customs office and must be paid by the recipient upon delivery.

5. Tracking Your Order

As soon as your order is packed, you will receive an email with a Tracking Number. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking link to update after receiving the email.

6. Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking says “Delivered” but you cannot find it, please check with neighbors or your building manager first. Tee's Designs is not liable for packages that are lost or stolen after they have been successfully delivered by the carrier.
