Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this website shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Lebanon.

  • “Client” / “Customer” / “User” refers to the individual accessing the website and placing orders for personal use.

  • “Merchant” / “We” refers to Tee’s Designs, the entity selling the goods.

  • “Products” refers to the apparel, accessories, and custom-designed goods listed for sale on the website.

  • “Service” refers to the online e-commerce platform provided by Tee’s Designs.

3. Services Provided
Tee’s Designs offers an online retail platform specializing in high-quality streetwear, graphic apparel, and custom-designed clothing. We operate using a print-on-demand model, meaning that we provide the service of printing unique designs onto garments specifically for the Customer upon order placement. We facilitate the entire process from design selection to payment processing and delivery logistics.

4. Booking and Order Reservation Terms
All orders placed through the website are considered an offer to purchase the selected products. Once an order is placed, the Customer will receive an email confirmation acknowledging the details of the order. This email acts as a confirmation of receipt but does not constitute final acceptance of the order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to product availability, errors in the description or price, or suspicion of fraudulent activity.

5. Pricing and Payment Terms
All prices listed on our website are final. We accept payments online using Visa and MasterCard credit/debit cards in USD (US Dollars). We may also offer Cash on Delivery (COD) strictly for local orders within Lebanon. The currency displayed and accepted on the website is United States Dollars (USD). Payment must be received in full before the production process begins (unless the COD option is selected). The cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and Merchant policies and rules.

6. Event Cancellation and Refund Policy (Returns & Defects)
Since our products are made-to-order based on your specific selection, we have a strict policy regarding cancellations and returns.

  • Cancellation: Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of placement. After this window, the automated production process begins, and cancellations may not be possible.

  • Refunds for Buyer’s Remorse: As our goods are custom-printed, we do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse or wrong size selection. Customers are responsible for reviewing the size guide provided before purchasing.

  • Defective or Damaged Items: In the event that a product arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, we offer a full replacement or refund. Customers must contact us at info@teesdesignslb.com within 4 weeks of receiving the order and provide photographic evidence of the defect. This aligns with our manufacturing partner’s (Printful) guarantee.

7. Client Responsibilities
The Customer is responsible for providing accurate shipping information, including full name, detailed address, and phone number, to ensure successful delivery. The Customer is also responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information. Customers under the age of 18 shall not register as a User of the website and shall not transact on or use the website. By using this site, you warrant that you are at least 18 years of age.

8. Production Schedule and Deliverables
We strive to deliver products in a timely manner. Because we utilize a sustainable print-on-demand model to reduce waste, please allow 2-5 business days for your item to be printed, quality-checked, and packed before shipment. Delivery times vary by location; local deliveries in Lebanon typically take an additional 2-4 business days after production. While we aim to meet these estimates, production times may vary during high-volume periods.

9. Intellectual Property Rights
All content included on this site, such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, digital downloads, and software, is the property of Tee’s Designs or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws. You may not extract, reproduce, or use our designs for commercial purposes without express written consent from Tee’s Designs.

10. Use of Images and Videos
We love seeing our products in the wild. By posting photos of our products on social media and tagging Tee’s Designs, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to repost and use these images for marketing purposes on our website and social media channels. If you attend any physical activation or pop-up event hosted by us, you consent to being photographed for promotional use.

11. Third-Party Vendors and Subcontractors
We may use third-party vendors for specific aspects of our service, including payment processing (e.g., MontyPay), shipping (local and international couriers), and manufacturing (e.g., Printful). We are not responsible for delays, errors, or data breaches caused by these third-party service providers, though we will assist in resolving any issues to the best of our ability.

12. Force Majeure
Tee’s Designs shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations if such delay or failure results from events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, accidents, pandemics, or strikes.

13. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Tee’s Designs, its directors, officers, employees, or agents be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of any of the products or the website, or for any other claim related in any way to your use of the service, including, but not limited to, any errors or omissions in any content, or any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of the service.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Tee’s Designs and our partners, officers, directors, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, subcontractors, suppliers, interns, and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms or the documents they incorporate by reference, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

Both the Client and the Merchant agree to keep confidential any proprietary information received from the other party during the course of the transaction, except as required by law. We will not disclose your personal payment details or order history to unauthorized third parties.

16. Privacy and Data Protection

17. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

18. Shipping & Delivery Fees
Shipping fees are not included in the product price displayed on the shop page. Delivery charges are calculated and displayed clearly at checkout before you complete your order. These fees are based on your delivery address and the total weight/size of your order. The shipping total shown at checkout is final.
